The question of body type comes up quite often in the gym. Guys want to get bigger and leaner and girls don't want to "bulk up." Here's an article that addresses the issue from a female perspective. What should the end goal be - skinny or healthy? They are not always the same. Sometimes I feel like a healthier body image for women (one that includes some muscle and not just skin and bones) is becoming more popular, but I also think I am pretty insulated from the fashion world that promotes the super-skinny image. Where are we as a society right now? What is a good body type for men and women? Are you happy with being who you are or are you trying to conform to someone else's definition of beauty?
