Congratulations to Tyler who competed at the Michigan Weightlifting Championships on Sunday. He went 3-for-3 on his snatches and clean and jerked 95 kg to total. It was his first meet and was an absolute success. If you are interested in competing, talk to Tyler to see what he thought. Also, the weightlifting class starts back up on Monday, so if you need some extra technique/strength work, now's the time to get in. Also, please sign up for our Memorial Day Murph fundraiser on Monday, May 27. We will supply the food, but we need to know how many people will be there. This workout is for a great cause and honors great people. Please try to make it! Also, if you are willing to bring a side food item, let us know.
