Remember if you haven't signed up for our Memorial Day Murph there's still time. We just want a head count so we can plan the food properly. Also, if you have friends or family that would like to pledge money for your workout, send them to this page. They can donate online from anywhere. If someone you know does donate, please let us know the amount so we can track it. Remember, you don't have to do the full workout so don't be scared. This is supposed to be fun and we are helping a great cause an honoring American heroes. Some of you asked about bringing side dishes tonight and we would love the help. If you want to bring something just write it next to your name on the whiteboard so we know what's coming. Tell everyone you know about this event and bring them with you to have some fun. Everyone is welcome to come workout, watch and have fun.
