The weightlifting class resumes it's normal schedule again today after the holiday week. This is week two of the class, so if you are interested in getting better at the snatch and clean and jerk it's not too late to join. For those of you not in the weightlifting class, you will be testing your 1 rep max back squat today. If you are new to these movements we will use tomorrow to find a good number to work off of for future squatting, but we don't want you to try to do more than you are capable of yet. If you are not very comfortable with the movements, you won't be able to find a true 1 rep max and that's ok. We just want to give you an idea of where you are.
