You can watch a lot of the action live on the Game site here. Saw this article on Eat to Perform today too. Pretty cool first hand account of how eating the right food in the right amounts can make big changes. Notice, this is not about starving yourself. In fact, the account is about gaining weight, but looking, feeling and performing much better. If we can all get over the mental block of eating to look a certain way or to see a certain number on the scale I believe we can really start to make changes. It won't happen over night, but if you really commit it will happen. Remember to eat quality foods and EAT ENOUGH to support your activity.
