We've been talking to a lot of you individually about diet and what to eat. There is an overwhelming amount of information out there so it's easy to understand why you may get confused. We recommend eating real food. That's about as simple as we can make it for you. If the thing you are eating doesn't exist in nature, meaning you can't go pick it or kill it and eat it right away, then you probably shouldn't be eating it. That means processed foods are out, including bread, pasta, cereal, etc... If it comes in a box with a label that has more than one or two ingredients, it's probably bad. So what can you eat? Meats, vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit and a little starch. NO SUGAR!

We use the Paleo diet as a starting model for our food recommendations. There are tons of resources out there about Paleo eating and tons of recipe sites so please look into it.

Here are some of my favorite nutrition sites. Not all of these are exactly Paleo, and you may find some conflicting info, but this is about education and being able to figure out a diet that works for you. Please let us know if you have any questions!
