You know we have the team competition coming up on June 29 and there's still time to sign up, but we have another event now on July 13. For those of you that want to test your snatch and clean and jerk maxes, we will have an in-house weightlifting meet on Saturday, July 13. This is how we are going to wrap up our current weightlifting cycle and will be a fun way to test our maxes. Don't get freaked out, it's not going to be very formal, but we will run it like a meet so you can get a taste of what it's like to participate in one. If you aren't in the weightlifting class you are still invited and encouraged to participate. This meet is open to all CrossFit 616 members. See you there!
