OK, I am in no way saying Buzzfeed is a trusted source, but the article is interesting and worth sharing to at least provoke some thought. Check out the 8 Foods We Eat In The U.S. That Are Banned In Other Countries and decide for yourself. This is why eating real food is so important. When you look at the list of ingredients on packaged food you really have no idea what most of the stuff is, so why would you want to put it in your body? The worst part is the hormones and crappy food they feed the animals that should be good to eat. It get's expensive I know, but getting the highest quality stuff you can afford does make a difference. The main point is to take time to really know what you are eating and decide if it's worth it.
