Our in-house team competition is this Saturday so make sure you sign up by Wednesday so we can get everything organized. A lot of you asked about the workouts and we won't know exactly what they'll be until we have the final list of people, but they will be based on the team workouts from Regionals, which can be found here. Make sure you look at the team workouts and not the individual ones. Here's a cool video about competitor Dan Bailey. It give you a good look into the training these guys do and what they eat, etc...
