We have a revised schedule for July 4 and 5 this week. On Thursday, July 4 we will have two classes at 9 am and 10 am. On Friday, July 5 we will have the noon class and the 5:30 pm class. These are the only classes for those two days. Hopefully you have some fun Independence Day/Weekend plans, but we still want you to come see us if you can. We will still have the regular 10:30 am class on Saturday, July 6. Let us know if you have any questions. We are continuing the 5x5 progression, so go up 5-10 lbs. from last week depending on how you felt. Make sure you are recording your weights and how the sets felt so you can make the right adjustments from week to week.
