Here's part two of Dan Bailey's visit to CrossFit HQ. It gives you another look into the training of a top CrossFit athlete. Notice how he trains the skill movements as much as the strength. Of course, he's doing a lot more work than any of us are ready for, but all of these things are important if you want to be good at CrossFit. Listen to what he says about no-repping himself.
