Remember, there's no 6 am class on Friday. We do have the noon and 5:30 pm regularly scheduled classes. Hope to see you there. We will take the first part of class to work on snatches. These are full "squat snatches," but the workout is just a power snatch. Take the first part of class to work on the movement and don't worry about the weight on the bar. Refining technique takes place at lighter loads. Once you are making lifts with good technique then you can go up in weight. Don't rush things.
