Hope you all had a great holiday weekend. We are continuing our linear progression strength cycle and you should add 5-10 lbs. to your lifts again this week. Remember to keep track of how these sets feel so you can know how much to go up week to week. If you have any questions at all about the loading, please ask a coach.
