Reminder for everyone in the weightlifting class. We will have a very informal meet this Saturday to test our maxes, rather than just testing in class. This should be a fun way to test and give you some experience lifting in a competition setting, with no pressure. For more info, please follow the West Michigan Barbell Facebook page. Workout for Tuesday, July 9 Push Press 5x5 +5-10 lbs.

WOD 10-1 Pushups Pullups Run 100 m between each round (You will do 10 pushups, 10 pullups then run 100m, then you will do 9 pushups, 9 pullups and run 100m, and so on until you do 1 pushup, 1 pullup and run 100m.)
