The weightlifting meet this Saturday will start at 9 am. We will be open by 8:30 at the latest so you can start moving and warming up. The meet should be done in an hour or so and we will still have the 10:30 CrossFit class. If you aren't in the weightlifting class and have never seen a meet I encourage you to come in and watch. It's a totally different type of competition from CrossFit, but it is very fun to watch and we will always take the support. Here's a good article with a video on yoga for athletes. Workout for Wednesday, July 10 Back Squat 5x5 +5-10lbs.

WOD 100 KB Swings for time top of every minute to 4 burpees (start with burpees) Rest 3 Minutes 100 Wall Balls for time top of every minute do 5 situps (start with situps)
