We wrapped up the latest weightlifting cycle last week and had fun testing maxes on Saturday. We know there were a few of you that couldn't make it so we will have weightlifting this week on Monday and Wednesday, but those days will be dedicated to testing maxes. We will start the new cycle on Monday, July 22. You have probably noticed that we are doing more named workouts recently. These are benchmark workout that are designed to test your current level of fitness so please record how you do on them. If you don't have a notebook and aren't recording your workouts you need to start. Progress needs to be measured so you can determine what needs fixing and how to best fix it.
