Here's a great look at 2009 CrossFit Games champ Mikko Salo. He is returning to the Games for the first time since 2010. He was injured in the first event in 2011 and then had knee surgery and had to miss the 2012 Games. This video gives you a good idea of the sacrifice the people that make the Games give. These guys and girls are training on a different level, and they still struggle with the same things in life and the gym. Most of the time, they are just willing to work harder.
