Remember, the CrossFit Games start this week! There are some preliminary plans to watch the Games as a group over the weekend so if you are interested let us know. We will find a good place based on how many people want to get together. Here's a link to the Games schedule. This is the final week of our 5x5 squat cycle. You may notice, if you have made the appropriate jumps each week that these sets are very challenging. That's good and it's ok if you can't finish the final sets of 5. Hopefully these reps are adding up and you are getting more and more comfortable under the bar. There is a lot more than raw strength that goes in to a successful lift and confidence can help you a lot.

The new Olympic weightlifting cycle starts back up today as well, so if you are interested in getting better at the snatch and clean and jerk now's the time to join. This class will make you better at those two lifts and CrossFit in general as you master the movements and get stronger.
