We just happened to schedule Nancy for today and it turns out the masters will be taking on this workout at the CrossFit Games on Tuesday as well. The men and women will also do a version of this workout this weekend, but it involves a longer run, more reps and a little more weight on the bar. I'll be checking the times from the masters competition throughout the day tomorrow to see what kind of scores are being put up. This is getting posted late because I got caught up watching the Games workout announcement. They surprised everyone with some workouts for Wednesday. A swim and bar-muscle up workout and then a half marathon on the rower. Anyone want to give that a shot?
