There are always questions about what you should and shouldn't eat. Of course, we recommend eating real food - meaning things that you can find in nature - and avoiding all processed food and sugar. One big thing that we might not discuss enough is how food effects everyone differently. Check out this article from Juggernaut called BECOME YOUR OWN NUTRITION COACH: PART I. It outlines how your sex, age, body type, goals and many other factors determine how much, what and when you should eat. There is no magic bullet and it usually takes some experimenting to find what works for you. So if you aren't seeing the changes you want, make a change. But don't jump from diet to diet, you have to give your body time to adapt to your new way of eating. Don't get discouraged if you don't see results immediately.
