The workout tomorrow has snatches in it and this may be a first time doing full (squat) snatches for multiple reps. The weight is relatively light so you can focus on technique and good movement as you go through the workout. Remember, these workouts are practice and if you rush through with no regard for good technique you are just ingraining poor movement patterns and you will suffer as the loads increase. Take the time to do it right and don't worry about the clock.
