Don't forget, if you are going to the Whitecaps game on Saturday you need to sign up on the whiteboard by Thursday (at least if you want us to pick up the ticket for you). Also, if any ladies are interested in competing in the GR Games on September 14 please let us know. We really want to send a men's and women's team so if you are unsure please talk to us. We see a few common mistakes made by people new to CrossFit and they are kind of opposites. One thing we see is that people get very excited and want to do too much right away without focusing on getting the movements correct. And many times those same people want to do more and more without taking any rest days. One of the other things we see is just the opposite, and that's people being afraid to move because they are thinking so much about the movement - the common term for this is paralysis by analysis. If you find yourself thinking so much that you can't move correctly try to relax and just move. Your body is amazing and it wants to do the right thing.
