We wrapped up the volume portion of the squats and gave the legs a little rest last week and now we can start getting into some heavier weights. You should be familiar with the 5x5 from the previous cycle but we are going heavier this time. The weights will go up every week, but the reps will go down so don't worry. Your legs should be ready for this. The WOD features bar muscle ups, which will be new to a lot of you. This is a difficult movement and we will scale accordingly. Here's a video with some tips so you can prepare appropriately.
