Don't forget that on Saturday, August 31 we will be doing the Hotshots 19 workout. This is a hero workout to honor those that were killed in Prescott, Arizona fighting the wildfire on June 30 of this year. This is a chance for you to be a part of the larger CrossFit community and come together to do something great. You can donate to the families here, but if you can't donate, please come and workout and sacrifice in some small way to honor these men that gave the ultimate sacrifice protecting others. This is a hero workout and is meant to be very challenging, but don't skip it just because you aren't sure you can do it. We will still scale the workout and you can still give it your all. So if you can, put off the holiday weekend celebration for just a few hours and give back a little for the Hotshot 19.
