Great job on the Hotshots 19 workout on Saturday. You guys all gave your best effort and truly honored those fallen firefighters by doing your best. It was a tough workout and you should all be proud of yourselves and each other. There's archived footage from the event in Prescott, AZ below if you want to watch some of the elite CrossFitters take on the workout. Hopefully you all had a good holiday weekend. I am excited to get back in the gym after a couple of (needed) days off. We are continuing deeper into the heavy part of our strength cycle so be ready for higher percentages on the board. Because of the holiday the back squats will be on Wednesday and we will front squat on Friday this week.
