We are getting to the end of this squat cycle and the weights this week will be heavy. We're getting into the 90s for percentages so be ready for some hard work under the bar. Your legs are ready for this so enjoy the heavy loads and get ready to set some PRs very soon. This is competition week for some of you so remember to taper this week leading up to the event Saturday. If you are not competing Saturday it would be great if you can come cheer on your fellow members at 8th Day Gym downtown. Our men's team is Zach, Michael O'Toole and Tom and our women's team is Cori, Jeanna and Heather. They are going to do great, but they will do even better if we show them lot's of support on gameday. The event is all day this Saturday so you can stop by any time from 9-4 or so. Make sure you wear some 616 gear when you go so we can show them our love!
