First off, congrats to Matt and the rest of the weightlifting class on some big PRs on the back squat Monday night. Not sure what everyone else did, but I know there were some big weights moving around. Matt wrapped up the night with a 410# back squat (45-50 pound PR). That's all the evidence anyone should need that consistent training pays off. Nice work Matt and the rest of the weightlifting crew. I'm sure Robert will have more details at West Michigan Barbell's Facebook page. Now that we have all settled in to our new membership/payment system there's a few things we need your help on. One is to please sign in for class. If you don't know how to do this ask the coach next time you are in. This helps us track class sizes and let's us know who hasn't been around so we can check in with him or her.

Also, the system auto-renews your payment every month, so if you need to make a change please give us ONE WEEKS notice so we can make the appropriate changes. After the first of the month we will not be able to go back and make changes to your payment. If you need to change anything, that's fine, but we need that week to sort everything out.
