Just want to say thanks to all of you that came out to support our teams on Saturday. The teams did great and they should all be very proud of their performances. This was the first time competing for a few of you and you did great. I am excited to see where we go from here. The support from the rest of the crew that came down was amazing and I am sure it helped those guys and girls push harder. It's days like this that remind me why I do what I do and get me fired up for the weeks, months and years of training ahead! Thank you all for amazing effort and support. We are finally getting to test your maxes on the squats this week! For some of you it's been a long time coming, but it's finally here. There are different approaches to reaching your one rep max and we will cover them in class. Some people like more warm up sets than others so I am leaving it open to you somewhat on how you want to build up to your 1RM. If you have never done it before we will give you a guide.
