In case you missed the post on West Michigan Barbell's Facebook page here are the details for the upcoming weightlifting cycle. If you would like to get more experience with the snatch and clean and jerk these classes are for you. You will get better at the lifts and get stronger! Here's the info:

Welcome to another 8 weeks! This is a reminder that we are changing our primary lifting schedule from Monday and Wednesday evenings to:

Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. Saturdays at 9:30 a.m.

Also, many of you have asked about more times for lifting in addition to the main class times. We are pleased to announce that we are going to try to accommodate that beginning immediately. Due to space and time restrictions, we are going to have to be creative, so bear with us as we try to find something that works best for everyone.

We are going to post four days of weightlifting work on the board at the beginning of each week. The primary class times are still Wednesdays and Saturdays, but if you would like to do some extra weightlifting work on your own, you may do so on Mondays and Fridays.

If you are interested in lifting 4 days a week, your schedule will look like this:

Monday: Day 1 (on your own) Wednesday: Day 2 (primary class time 1) Friday: Day 3 (on your own) Saturday: Day 4 (primary class time 2)
