Just in case you hadn't noticed the theme this week I'll let you in on a little secret. We are going to do double unders every day! Yes, some of you hate them, but that's only because you haven't mastered them yet. However, with practice, you will. So, instead of relying on you to practice on your own after class I am going to work it in to every workout this week. Pay attention to how you progress through the week. Keep moving on to the next step. If you can do three singles and one double over and over try moving to alternating singles and doubles. Once you get that, try going all doubles. Don't rush it, but keep pushing yourself to the next level.
