"More is not better, better is better." That's a phrase from this post from CrossFit Games Athlete Talayna Fortunato - Top 10 Mistakes CrossFitters Make. That quote is just one of the good points she makes so read it and see if you are making any of these mistakes. Remember, a lot of the things she talks about are for people training to compete at a high level (more volume than we do) so all of this might not apply to you.
