Here's some Meathead Mobility for you from Molly Galbraith of Juggernaut and Girls Gone Strong. This is a 12 minute routine that can be performed daily. It starts with some simple breathing techniques that can help you strengthen your core and stay tight to help support lifting big weights. If you have mobility issues (which we all do) try this routine. Of course, you need to really try it and that means doing it daily for a few weeks. It only takes twelve minutes and could make a huge difference in your training!
