We're bringing out a classic benchmark workout for the first time on Tuesday - Fight Gone Bad! This workout is all about pacing and speed. You need to be able to keep moving on all elements, but you can't go so fast that you don't have anything in the tank for the last round. Use your rest time wisely.A good score for this workout for first timers is anything close to 250 reps. That means you average 16 reps per movement all the way through. 300 is a really good score and elite CrossFit Game athletes are scoring well into the 400s, or more than 25 reps per movement every minute. And of course, Rich Froning has a score of 508 listed on his Games profile.
Here's a video explaining all the different movements and standards.
