Happy Halloween! I hope you have a costume picked out for the workout. I've heard some pretty good ideas so the competition for best costume is going to be tough. Enjoy the day and have a little candy, but try not to go crazy! I have mentioned some glute activation exercises to some of you and here's a good video that goes into more detail. If you have trouble holding your knees out in a squat there's a good chance your glutes aren't working properly. We need to get those muscles turned back on. This video shows a couple of good drills you can do on your own.
