Time to take on Fran again! For those of you that haven't done Fran before, this is possibly the most famous CrossFit workout. It's a great test of your fitness and it is meant to be done fast. Fran is a sprint and you should be able to go all out. So if the RX'd weight is too heavy to allow you to keep moving, drop weight and go faster. I think some of you might enjoy the video below. It's an interview with CrossFit's mobility expert Kelly Starrett. It's sort of long, but it does a good job of talking about why we want to move correctly and why positions are so important when doing the things we do. There's definitely some strong language, but between that there's good info.
