Lots of rowing on tap tomorrow. We've covered rowing technique with you a few times, but it seems like as soon as the workout begins, everything we covered just goes out the window. Rowing technique is just as important as technique work on the clean or snatch. If you want to move through the row efficiently and quickly you should really try to slow down the stroke rate and concentrate on proper movement. It's easy to get caught up in trying to just go as fast as possible, but please trust me when I say that that doesn't get you anywhere. You are pulling and pulling and using tons of energy, but if you watch the meters move, they are going very fast. Here's another video with some rowing tips that might help. Keep working on it and don't just get on the rower and throw technique to the wind. This stuff works if you give it a try!

WOD With a partner Row 2500 m 30 Double Unders 15 Deadlift (155/105) One partner rows while other partner does one round of the double unders and deadlift. Continue with rounds until you complete 2500 m on the rower.
