Saw this article going around Facebook today and thought it was worth sharing. It's called 13 Things Mentally Strong People Don’t Do. I like the points it makes as an approach to life and being mentally strong on a daily basis, but I also think it applies to how we approach a workout. Number one is: They Don’t Waste Time Feeling Sorry for Themselves. How many times do you get down because you can't do something? Why not approach that as I can't do it yet, but I will. This is how mentally strong people approach things and if you haven't figure it out yet, CrossFit takes some mental toughness along with the physical.

Take some time to read this and think about how it could change the way you face things in life and in the gym. I think we can all benefit from being stronger mentally. Take on the challenges with all you have, learn from your mistakes and get better.
