Since it's Thanksgiving week please note the schedule changes for Thursday and Friday. We will be closed Thursday and we will have two classes on Friday. One at 10 am and one at 5:30 pm. Hopefully you can get your black Friday shopping in and then come see us! We are going to hold off on starting the new weightlifting cycle until next week, but we will be open at 6:30 on Wednesday and 9:30 on Saturday if you want to come lift on your own.
