Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and hopefully you didn't go too overboard. But if you did, don't stress over it. Just chalk it up as a bad day (or three) and refocus on your goals. Now that the holiday season is in full swing the temptations are going to be more frequent and it's very easy to write off the whole month and wait until the new year to buckle down. But I urge you not to do that. Take advantage of every day and save the cheating for the times when you know it's unavoidable. Check out this video below. It has a good tip for helping with wrist pain in the clean, front squat and overhead squat. Get that forearm tissue loosened up!
