We are going to take the first few minutes of class to work on pulling strength in the pullup or the muscle up. For those of you that are are able to do high rep pullups but haven't quite gotten the muscle up this is a good time to work on the movement. We will spend some time breaking down the parts to help you get there. If you are still working on pullup strength we will work on that too. Check out the video below for some tips on the strict muscle up.
