Here's the latest episode from Barbell Shrugged called How To Go Faster and Mentally Prepare During Your CrossFit WOD. To be honest, I haven't watched the whole thing yet, but there is some good info in there about how to approach a workout. Hopefully it helps you with the mental side of CrossFit, which is a big part if you haven't noticed yet. Standard warning here: There's foul language and some crude humor in the video. As we approach the CrossFit Open in the spring, it's good to start thinking about strategy and how to go faster. We will continue this discussion as the new year approaches and our Open prep officially begins.
