Remember, there is a revised schedule for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week:Tuesday, December 24: 6 am, 7 am and noon Wednesday, December 25: Closed Thursday, December 26: 10 am, 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 pm
Also remember that just because you are travelling and may not be around you can still workout. There are plenty of bodyweight movements you can do anywhere and get in a great workout in just a few minutes. If you know you aren't going to workout, try to get in some mobility and stretching work while your body gets a break. You will be amazed at what some good recovery work can do and how it will make you feel when you get back in the gym. Enjoy the week, but don't forget to take care of yourself!
