This isn't my long post reflecting on everything we have seen you all accomplish over the past year. That one is still in the works. But it is a post asking you to take a look back at this year and realize what you have done. It's so easy to only think about what we aren't good at or the things we still want to accomplish that we forget to appreciate the things we have done. Goals are great and motivating and we want you to have them, but every once in a while it's nice to look back and smile because you remember not being able to do a pullup, or how that first foundations workout crushed you. Just enjoy it for a moment and then think about how much more is still to come. When I think about what you guys have done in the past year I get very excited about where you will go.
