Great work on Saturday everyone! We had a lot of fun and got in some great work. Hopefully you aren't feeling too beat up after four workouts in a day. And hopefully you have a sense of what it's like to do a workout in a competition setting. Getting judged and having someone count your reps changes the game a little bit. You all did awesome and should be proud. You'll notice we have some tempo squats in the program for tomorrow. We will go over this in class, but here's a great article from CrossFit Invictus explaining tempo work and what the numbers in parenthesis mean.
