On Monday night at dietitian stopped by to let us know about an upcoming seminar he is doing about the paleo diet. He dropped off a couple of posters about the event and they will be up at the gym tomorrow. The first of the 2-part series is on January 30, which is right before we kick off our paleo challenge and the seminar could be a great way for you to learn more about the paleo diet and get any questions you have answered. Check out the posters at the gym for more info. And don't forget to sign up for the challenge! We're doing squat cleans and working up to a heavy three rep touch n go. This is what that should look like in case you don't know what we mean.
