I've been following these mobility and movement prep videos from The Movement Fix on Youtube for a little while and there are some really helpful moves here to help get you ready for specific movements. Most of the videos are specifically tailored to prepare you for one specific movement. I am posting the video they put together for deadlift prep below. There are some good tissue prep ideas and a good test for keeping a neutral spine on the deadlift. Check it out and if you can get to the gym early, try these moves out before deadlifting on Thursday. Check out their Youtube page for more of their 30 day mobility series.
