OK, we need some help from you all. The Paleo Challenge kicks off this Saturday, Feb. 1 so get signed up if you haven't. We will need your email if we don't already have it so we can send you the rules and food lists. Remember, after the WOD Saturday morning we will have a pot luck lunch so bring your favorite paleo dish to pass and we will discuss all of the rules of the challenge. If you can't make it Saturday, let us know so we can get you the rules in advance. Also, make sure you sign up for the Box Crawl. There are only 15 spaces available and I'm not sure how many are left. The Box Crawl is Feb. 15 and you get a ticket to the Griffins hockey game that night.
