If you signed up for the Paleo Challenge you should have received the rules and info packet by email today. If you didn't get it please let us know, or if you haven't signed up yet and still want in let us know that too. The challenge officially begins on Saturday and we will have the pot luck lunch at 11:30 after the workout. See you there! Here's a video from CrossFit's Constantly Varied Kitchen series on making bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers. This series is great for food ideas, but not all of the recipes are 100% paleo and they talk a lot about how these foods fit in the Zone diet, which you don't need to worry about at the moment. Anyway, hopefully you can get some inspiration and tweak these to fit our challenge and try some new things.
If you want to know more about the Zone diet please ask. Our focus with the Paleo Challenge is to get the food quality in order first and then we can incorporate other things like the Zone later if we need to dial in exactly how much to eat.
