On Sunday, March 16 at 11 am we will have a yoga class at the gym! Thanks to Laura who will be teaching the class, we can all get a little extra mobility and recovery in over the weekend. Right now, this is a one-time class and based on attendance we will see if it becomes a more regular thing. The class will be one hour and fifteen minutes so we can get a full session. Hope to see you there. Also, some of you got to test it out today, we now have a late warm up! We know it is not always possible for you to make it on time especially with the weather and road conditions, but we need to make sure you are properly warmed up for the work ahead. If you are late to class there is a special warm up for you to complete before you can join the class. It's posted in the gym and you can follow it alone, but you must complete it before moving on. This is for your safety and well being. We can't have people jumping into heavy or intense work without being properly warmed up. According to those who got to try it today it's a lot of fun!
