We are pleased to announce that we will have a new class time on Saturday starting this week. We will now have weightlifting at 9:30 am, CrossFit at 10:30 am and a second CrossFit class at 11:30 am. Hopefully some of you late sleepers can make it on a Saturday now! The Saturday classes will continue to be team style workouts and if you haven't tried one you should. Lots of fun and a great way to meet new people. See you Saturday!
